Does the undeage be considered as an investor (main applicant) or he/she get a visa as a family member only?

The Legal Council of the State with its opinion no. 22/2020 stated that “the underage citizen of a third country can obtain the Golden Visa as a main applicant, provided of course that he meets all the rest conditions of the law, as well as the relevant provisions of Greek legislation concerning the conditions under which can an underage here in Greece buy a property.
