Regarding the obligation of a valid health insurance as a condition, which is taken into account during the renewal of the residence permit for the real estate owner and his family members, and having in mind that, based on the Greek law, the investor, as well as his family members, are not obliged to reside in Greece, it is not required to be insured and have valid health insurances for the entire duration of their residence permits.

Only in the case and at the time of the renewal of their residence permits, or for as long as they stay in Greece, they should be insured based on Greek law.
