According to the provisions of article 20 B ‘of law 4251/2014, third-country citizens, who own real estate properties in Greece (minimum value two hundred and fifty thousand (250,000 €) can obtain a residence permit (Golden Visa). The purchase price must be paid by a crossed bank check price or by specific banking transactions, as explicitly defined in the law.
