The reference to terms and restrictions of law 3741/1929, and the establishment of horizontal property related to the rights and obligations of the co-owners of block of flats, is not an inhibitory factor in order the investor to obtain the “Golden Visa “, provided that among the other necessary documents submitted over the Immigration Department of the competent Decentralised Authority will be also a certificate issued by the Land Registry or national cadastre agency attesting to the non-existence of any encumbrance to the investor’s property.
